Welcome to GlamGo. By creating an account or using the GlamGo app (the "App"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App.
GlamGo is a marketplace that connects beauty clients with beauty artists. GlamGo provides the platform; artists are independent professionals, not employees of GlamGo. We are not responsible for the services artists provide.
You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country) to use GlamGo. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Bookings are agreements between clients and artists. Prices, cancellations, and the services themselves are set by artists. GlamGo is not a party to those agreements and does not guarantee any service.
Artists may purchase an auto-renewing membership. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings. Prices are shown in the App before purchase.
You own the content you post, but you grant GlamGo a license to display it in the App to operate the service. You agree not to post content that is:
Zero tolerance: objectionable content and abusive users are not tolerated. You can report content and block users in the App. We review reports and remove violating content, and may suspend or remove accounts, typically within 24 hours of a report.
You may delete your account anytime in Profile → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The App is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, GlamGo is not liable for interactions between users, services performed by artists, or indirect or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
